We do not use call centres or automated ticketing queues. You will always speak to a real person who knows your property.
Our standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm. We operate a 24/7 emergency service outside of these hours to ensure your property is always protected.

Our office is located in the heart of South Kensington at 6 Roland Gardens, South Kensington, London, SW7 3PH.
We are just a 5 minute walk from both Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations (District, Circle, and Piccadilly lines).
– For Block Management (Leaseholders) – yes. We can set up a dedicated Building Portal (via Google Drive) for leaseholders. This provides secure access to shared building documents such as service charge accounts, insurance policies, and meeting minutes.
– For Individual Landlords: No. We prioritize direct, personal contact. All statements, contracts, and compliance documents are emailed to you directly to ensure you have a permanent record without needing to manage a portal login.
Yes. We use WhatsApp or WeChat for urgent updates and simple, quick communications where appropriate.
