Fees & Terms
For routine management we include inspections, day-to-day repairs coordination, service charge administration, budgeting, monthly statements, preparation of annual reports, compliance administration and contractor oversight for minor works.
Yes, excluded or non-routine items include management of projects over £500, major works specification, tender and supervision, sales enquiries (LPE1), company secretarial work, payroll management,and preparation and attendance at tribunal or court hearings. All these services are pre-quoted for approval.
If we continue to manage the property (checks, compliance, repairs, post, utilities), a flat monthly management fee applies. If we’re not providing management during a void period there are no fees.
Three months’ notice for management agreements.
For lettings agreements, tell us at least eight weeks before a tenancy ends so we can manage renewals, compliance and check-out.
